Our Story

Fewer steps between brewhouse and glass.

We started Ironwood in a leaky Inglewood garage in 2014 with two kettles, a borrowed forklift, and a stubborn belief that beer tastes best the week it's brewed. A decade later the kettles are bigger, but nothing else changed: independent, hop-forward, neighborhood-proud.

Every batch is brewed two blocks from the taps you drink it at. We source local malt, chase the freshest hops, and never reach for cheap adjuncts. Pulp Theory, our pillowy mango-and-guava hazy, is the beer that built our patio crowd — and the one our regulars swear ruined every other IPA.
