We source green coffee directly from growers we know by name, roast it in small batches the week you buy it, and never let a bag sit. Provenance isn't a marketing line here — it's printed on the side of every bag.

Each origin is profiled by hand on our 1956 drum roaster until the cup tastes the way the farm intended. Floral and bright, or deep and cocoa-rich — we chase the character, not a house standard.
