Our Craft
From the farm to your favourite cup.
We roast in small batches every week, a few kilos at a time, so the bag you take home tastes the way it did the morning it left the drum. Nothing sits. Nothing dulls.
Our greens come from growers we know by name — washed lots from the highlands of Guji, honey-processed cherries from Huila. We chase clarity over char, and we keep it unpretentious but precise.
