Velvet Static formed in a Calgary garage and never quite left it. Sweaty rooms, distorted hooks, and a city that runs on the late shift.
"One of the tightest live sets I've seen all year — sweaty, loud, unforgettable."
— Dana R., BeatRoute
"'Afterglow' is the late-night record Calgary didn't know it needed."
